Yes. Optimum considers sponsorship opportunities that align with our community values and outreach goals. Submit your event using the request form, and our team will review sponsorship options and availability.
Absolutely. Our on-site representatives can provide product information, assist with sign-ups, and offer exclusive event-only promotions when applicable.
We recommend submitting your request at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for review, planning, and scheduling. However, even if your event is coming up sooner, please still submit the form—our team will review it and evaluate our availability.
There is no fee for Optimum to attend community events; however, some events may require vendor or sponsorship fees. If fees apply, please provide details in your request so our team can review.
Depending on the event and space, we may bring:
- A branded booth or tent
- Giveaways and promotional items
- Exclusive offers
- Games, raffles, or interactive experiences
- Our Optimum van
- Sales representatives and community engagement specialists
If your event is approved, you will receive an official confirmation email outlining the next steps. This typically includes:
- Assigned Optimum Point of Contact: You’ll be introduced to the representative who will coordinate all logistics with you, leading up to the event.
- Activation Details: We will share what Optimum plans to bring or provide, such as:
- Staffing (number of representatives)
- A booth/table setup
- Promotional items or giveaways
- Branded signage
- Logistics Checklist: We may request or confirm:
- Set up instructions and load-in details
- Table/chair availability
- Access to electricity or WiFi
- Parking or vendor passes
- Event-day schedule
- Pre-event Communication: The Optimum team may schedule a brief call or exchange emails to finalize expectations and confirm all details.
- Day of Event: Optimum staff will arrive during the agreed-upon setup window, in accordance with the approved plan, and follow all event guidelines.
- Post-event Follow-up: You may be asked for event recap details (attendance numbers, photos, or feedback) to support reporting and future community engagement planning.

- Location
- Schedule availability
