Top apps will be recommended when you set up your Optimum Stream, and 1,000s of additional apps are available for download from the Google Play Store.* You can add other apps by pressing   on your remote.

Pairing

Pair your remote to wirelessly control your Stream device using Bluetooth and enjoy endless entertainment from anywhere in the room.

How do I pair my remote?

1. Pairing your remote requires the Optimum Stream device to be in direct line of sight of the remote. If your device is behind a TV or in a cabinet, you may need to relocate it so the remote can be directly pointed at it. Once pairing is complete, the Stream device can be moved out of sight.
2. Remove the back cover of your remote and insert 2 AAA batteries
3. Turn on your TV and your Optimum Stream device
4. Press Home on your remote
5. From the Home Screen, select settings
6. Select Device & Remote Settings
7. Select Remotes & Accessories
8. Select Add Stream Remote
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote
10. You'll see an on-screen confirmation that the remote is paired

Programming your Remote to Control your TV Power and Volume:

1. Once the remote is paired, go to Settings, and then select Device and Remote Settings
2. Select Stream Remote (connected) > Change TV Set Up
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to program your remote
4. You'll see an on-screen confirmation that the remote is programmed to control your TV

How do I reboot my Optimum Stream?

1. From the Optimum TV menu, go to Settings
2. Select Device & Remote Settings
3. Select Reboot (at the bottom)

How can I check my Internet connection?

1. From the Optimum TV home menu, go to Settings
2. Under Device & Remote Settings > Network & Internet, select WiFi
3. Select your Optimum WiFi network and follow the onscreen instructions
4. Try using the Optimum Stream again
